Through exploring the ART OF YOGA you will find a deep connection to mind, body & breath.  As a student and teacher of yoga I flow with the constant perception that it is about the journey, not the destination.  Together we can build a practice to help you deepen your appreciation for these sacred teachings.

Our Offerings

Private Yoga – For a decade I have been guiding seekers on the mat, moving with the rhythm of breath and the pulse of the present moment. My teaching is rooted in the fundamentals—alignment, stability, and mindful awareness—while the breath weaves through every transition, letting each posture become a moving meditation.

 

Land or Water – a day‑long exploration of the five domains of death and dying (physical, emotional, relational, spiritual and communal). This workshop reveals how each domain offers clues to the deeper self, guiding you toward a life lived in truth and purpose.

  • Slow‑flow sequences that honor the body’s wisdom, building strength without rush.

 

  • Foundational cues that deepen your understanding of each asana, inviting confidence and safety.
